Development of the program

We will start our exciting excursion by picking you up from your hotel and heading to our stables at the Molleray estate, just 15 minutes from Cusco airport. Once there, we will introduce you to our magnificent horses and provide a safety briefing, as well as details about the route we will follow during our trip.

Each guest will have their own horse and personal equipment. We will take the necessary time to familiarize ourselves with each horse and conduct a riding test and practice before beginning our ride. We will depart along a flat trail surrounded by corn, potato, and barley fields, among others. We will descend to cross streams and enter a beautiful eucalyptus forest.

This adventure will take us to explore the Wilkarpay Forest, following ancient Inca trails. We will enjoy lush landscapes and contemplate the majesty of the mountains while immersing ourselves in the history of the Inca civilization. We will pass through the charming community of Punacancha, where we will receive the warm hospitality of the local inhabitants.

Continuing our journey, we will enter the Stone Forest, where we will witness unique rock formations and surreal landscapes. After a delicious lunch in the middle of nature, we will ride again to explore the viewpoints of the Cusco valley, from where we will enjoy impressive panoramic views of the snow-capped peaks and green valleys.

During the ride, we will be able to observe a variety of native trees and birds, such as chachacoma, queuña, and chilca, as well as flowers like the red and yellow kantu. The experience of riding through these landscapes will make us feel in full contact with nature, accompanied by the sound of the river and the singing of birds, with the possibility of spotting deer, Andean foxes, and vizcachas.

Finally, we will return to the stables and transport you back to your hotel, where we will conclude our service, leaving you with unforgettable memories of this unique experience in the Peruvian Andes.
